01-04-2021 We were tasked with the decommissioning and conversion of a large 50,000 egg-laying unit. In the first phase, we removed all non-metals from the site. This included fabricating a bespoke unit capable of coiling 3,600 Metres of PVC belts.

Second phase we removed any re-useable parts, and finally we removed all access platforms and mezzanine floors.
This site has now being converted to a free-range egg unit. Morris Maintenance hold the contract for the preventative maintenance on site.

01-02-2024 The Ice Co are the largest manufacturer of ice cubes in Europe. We have held the planned maintenance contract with them for over 6 years, with regular reviews and amendments to adapt to changes on site.

01-02-2020 Burton Agnes Renewables are a "gas to grid" biogas production site. A large anaerobic digester is fed with agricultural by-products and energy crops to produce biogas.
We were appointed in October 2018 initially to cover breakdowns and soon after took over the "in-house" 7- & 30-day PPM schedules.

We were appointed in October 2018 initially to cover breakdowns and soon after took over the "in-house" 7- & 30-day PPM schedules.
Since this time, we have modified the schedules to include items that had been overlooked. Over the past 12 months, we have implemented a CMMS & created an inventory of spare parts and specialist suppliers.
