We have developed and implemented Planned Preventative maintenance systems (PPMs) for various clients. These systems are essential to keep your equipment reliable and in best operating condition.
We can tailor our contracts to your exact business requirements, should you need weekly site visits, Annual, or anything in-between.
Typically PPM contracts will cover feed & water systems, ventilation, egg collection & nest systems, egg packing machinery & manure removal systems.
What is involved - visual inspections, application of grease and lubricants, belt and chain condition/tension monitoring, noise & vibration analysis.
Reactive maintenance & Breakdowns
We offer around the clock breakdown assistance for when things go wrong. With full workshop facilities & mobile response vehicles available 24/7. Big job & short on time? We have plenty of experience with poultry shed turnaround & short timescales, We can be prepared for all hands on deck!
